I am 4-0-4-0 in the ranger tree. I like areatrack andthe harvesting bonus from the tracking line. I haven't messed much yet with camo kits, but it looks like there may be some use there, especially for caves and whatnot. However, the frontiering and trapping lines don't look particularly useful. I mean, thehigh-techfield base camp is cool, but is it worth the skill points? And with my rifleman skills, I hardly ever use even the scout traps any more, so I don't think I'd get much use out of ranger traps. Am I missing something, or should I just stop where I am in ranger?

Youre missing the title of "Master" my friend, of being the best of the best.
But seriously, its a matter of your style of gameplay, from the little information that can be read from your post I would suggest that perhaps for you, no, youre not missing anything.

My suggestion is stop where you are, and spend those valuable skill points somewhere else for the moment. ![]()
Eventually, the traps and camps branches will be beefed up...
- But right now they are slightly lacking, and probably not worth the cost in your situation.
