Ranger Archive

If I were to search for someone with a specific title or profession, using the in game search feature, would the results be of people that have that certain title even though they choose to display another title or even not to display it? For example, if I am looking for a ranger or scout, would the results include all scouts and rangers even if some decide to display other titles or no title at all?

I have noticed that only if they have there tag shown does it show up in the search.
