I was just over checking out the conversations between TH and the Smuggler forum and they asked him for an outline of how exactly to present their ideas to the devs. Since we have some time before our revamp. *chuckle* Maybe we could come up with our own outline for Ranger. Anyways, here is the link to TH's post of the outline form that is best for dev submission:

Does nobody care about this? This is the specific outline that TH gave to the smugglers for presenting their ideas to the devs. This is exactly what we need. We have given them the Outdoorsman and then been asked what we wanted Ranger to be. Now we have a format that TH says is the one that the devs work from and nobody is responding to this. I guess I'm just at a loss. I thought this was exactly what we needed but no one seems to care. Oh well. At least this post will bump it back to the top of the board where hopefully someone will see it.

Somehow, I thought The Outdoorsman was a format akin to this. If not, it could be mapped to it.
