Is grinding tents the most efficent way of getting survival XP? how many tents should i expect to make (so i can stockpile resources)?

Honestly, I don't know how much it would take. I gained most of my camp xp by camping and onlya little by crafting (the last box). I am sure someone here can help you out a little.

When friends aren't available to help speed that survival xp, there is a very good crafting macro sticky on the Artisian forum:

Get about three general crafting stations, a 5-10k in bones, hides etc, and run yorself cycles of this macro interspursed with the occasional tumble, forage and burst run to promote healing in camp.
Oh, and find something good to watch on TV.

i just sat in camps afk while i worked on overdue papers for class...first time i've gotten any work done in a long time. of course now that is over...
