I'm sure many of you have already figured this out. It's soo nice not to have to get off my bike anymore. Since the game only checks if you're on a mount when you press the area track button. You can click the track about 30 times so that 30 boxes stack up over eachother. Get on your bike and then you can track with those existing boxes no problemo.

Nice. Does that apply for vehicles mounts or creature mounts? Or both? Either way thats a pretty sweet work around. Good job.

My tracking macro is similar to Camby's. The only difference is I threw in a few mount commands with the vehicles I own (i.e. /mount speederbike, etc.) soI don't have to have my vehicle/pet targetted.

I tried that with my pet but /mount Achilliesdoes not work. Am I missing something?

From what I remember you have to stop moving whilst you track anyway.

I use a macro something along the lines of:

/dismount

/pause 1

/areatreack

/pause 1

/mount

As long as I've targeted my vehicle it's easy enough to use and works for me.

I hate dismounting even with a macro, because you end up warping like 75 meters due to server lag. Also, it's very generous when tracking and moving. As soon as you slow down your bike you can hit track, wait for him to turn his head both ways and then take off, it shouldn't interupt you.

As long as you place those tracking boxes in the bottom left corner and shrink them they won't get in your way.

I'm not sure if it works on animal mounts, I don't see why it wouldn't.

Woa, what the heck.

I've used a similar macro to dismount and track for a long time but I've never added the parenthesis and it works just fine?

/target tiny
/pause...dismount etc

/confused

It could be related to whether or not a player has the same name. I was quite shocked the other day to see an Achilles walking around that didn't have Fred on its back.
