....enough of this shakespeare rubbish

After hunting avain on Naboo for three nights solid with the rest of my guild and needing a bit of a break from the monotomy they decided that we needed to find a albatross. Did I have any luck....did I heck

Not a bean...or an albatross for that matter in sight anywhere.

So anyone got any tips for this particular big game hunt? A decent spawn point would be good for starters

(btw I know they are rare)

Previously: Master Ranger/Master Fencer

I have had good luck south of Keren and in the North West Mountains

unfortunately, there are a lot of player cities on Naboo that supress the spawn point.

Tried to find an Albitross on live, where I am uber and can't. See them all the time on test, where I suck, however.

Stop looking and you'll find one. I only come across them when I'm not looking for them.

I've seen them in the mountains to the west of the Lake Retreat, Nabooon several occasions. Alas I'm always alone when I see them.

That's what /concealshot is for. It is one of the reasons I decided to switch to Squad Leader (it's no longer fun when even a krayt ancient dies without too much trouble [well, 2hrs or so of concealshotting and watching the bleed]).

It all depends on how the game spawns them.... I have found them near Theed, Keren, Kadaara, and in-between.

Too bad I can't dobattle by myselfwith that huge avian though.

Join a player city o Naboo. Spending lots of time there means you'll find one eventually, and it'll probably be close enough to your city that you can call for help quickly.

Depends on your server. I found a spawn point near Theed, one that hadn't been built over - yet. There were houses with 500 m, but no town yet.

On Tempest they spawn fairly regularly about 2k North-northwest of Theed. Most of the time though, you can travel all along the northern coast by the water and find them without much trouble.

I was hunting outside of a PC west x n.west of theed...apprx 3km, up near the northernmost border of Naboo and killed a random spawn of Peko Peko outside the PC there for about an hour. Also came across about 4 Alba while there within 1km around that spawn point.
Since my highest combat skills are MM/Scout (ranger in training), I was fresh meat for the Alby.
