Just wondering what you guys think is more wothwhile, heading up the rifle tree, or mastering the light laser cannon, for basic all around play.

master rifles = multiple damage types, bleeding specials, concealment specials, great mind pool damage

LLC= specials that work within a short range, single damage type, no bleeds

I think this should be easy to figure out.

This is horrible! I return to find my new title on the forum is "Jedi". What's up with that? If they wanted to confer that I'm rare and learned, they'd make my title RANGER. and then make it camo colored.

forget the LLC all you get is a light show. and your rate of fire would Suck. To make it even compare to the rifle tree you have to master commando and the lack of SP prevents this. I have LLC on my Alt and Never use it.

Thanks Guys,

The reason that I asked is that I am way short of skill points, and was wondering what I should do, and how to proceed in making my character a bit better at combat. I won't give up my ranger skills, and don't want to lose any of my CH skills, so I figured that the progress up the BH levels is all that is left.
