I am an Imperial on Lowca. A loyal Major in the Imperial Army. A Rodian Imperial Major. I am one of the few non-humans who have proven their worth to his superiors to justify being raised to the rank of Major. I am very proud of that.

What I'm not proud of, is that my Commanding Officer in the Black Epsilon Flight Squad was a Bothan. Why would any officer in the Imperial Navy EVER even consider allowing a "dog" amongst the ranks of even the lowest level pilot.

Luckily my transfer request to the Yavin system finally went through last night, and I no longer need to deal with this dog giving me orders.

i've always thought of us s as a cross between a bug and an ant eater. (so i guess there are some cannibalistic tendencies??)

but at least i don't have the constant smell of wet dog.

listen, Kermit, that swamp you call home doesn't smell too pretty either. you should probably shower before coming to "decent" civilization.

besides, the ladies love the famous snout.

and decent civilization? if being in a city where unleashed dogs roam freely in the streets is decent civilization, than give me a smelly swamp anyday.

So many Bothan pilot trainers around. I guess we just make really great pilots. Unlike those rodians. They fly about as well as they shoot, and we all know how Greedo ended up.

Anyhow, my guild proudly accepts anyone with a sense of humor, the desire to leave a ton of bodies in their wake, and can understand why hawtpants are a crime against humanity.

(yes, we have a standing hawtpants joke)

Those of us lucky enough to be US or Canadian citizens are all proudly dropping Ties like flies ( hey, I made a rhyme). The Euro peoples are swearing at us in odd languages and counting the minutes til Friday. Not my fault I am not still living overseas in some country where they spend monopoly money. Took me forever to figure out dmarks, never mind euros.

I say, don't pick on the dogs, or the bugs, or the sharks, or whatever in hell the Sullustans are. Wookies are ok too (I like having my arms attached). Pick on those who truly deserve it, regardless of race, creed, national origin, shoe size, or lack of intelligence - the Gungans.

He Bothans are at least loved and addored. I have not heard of any Rodians that people really are happy to see and enjoy "playing" with. And Bothans can be house trained, and do tricks. We even will roll over on our backs (type /rofl)

Bothans are also the ultimate Ranger for sooo many reasons. And our composite helmet at least fits us, and doesn't stick way out.

oh, and do you have any idea times how many times a day a Bothan gets /petted by scantily clad women of all species? I don't think I've ever seen a Rodian chick, and I don't see too many of the other species taking too much of an intrest in your feelers or your snouts.

i like the way that comp helmets look different on us rodians. makes them look less like all the other armor-clad clone troopers.
