So there it was, a cl 94 Ancient Krayt. Itried to get somehelp but no one responded, so rather than let this trophy go to waste, I decided to go for it myself. I carefully applied my camo and crawled into throwing range. . .slowly. . . slowly. . . Bang! Got 'em with a P-dart! I backed off a bit and shot him a couple times. When the dart wore off I hit him with one again, it stuck as well and I backed off to about 60m. I went prone and started to hit him with headshots and sniper shots. He just stood there. Who says traps are worthless? I got him down from 36k to 23k but that was all I could do alone. His regen rate was way too high. So I kept him busy while I sent a tell to a novice marksman. He responded and came up behind me and started shooting. It took the two of us about 10 more minutes to drop it. And the best part? No loot! Nothing! Nada! Zilch! Zero! Which is ok since I couldharvest it, but guess what? Couldn't harvest it either!! Now that ticks a leezard off! Well, there's always tomorrow. . .

I soloed mine on Friday night (it was the ancient krayt cl 94) with an average Advanced Laser Rifle. After theP-Dart and knee-cap shot, I just got prone, ate some Kwis-something Swirl (+200 to action) and spammed headshot. I also had the old +33% damage power-up (I have no clue what it's turned into after the CU, maybe +150 damage), and that seemed to take care of the regen rate on the Krayt. It was really slow going as I only did 800-something damage per shot and the Krayt would heal between 400-500 of that back between my shots. It eventually died though and I was able to harvest and I got some assault armor core out of it.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of
arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in
broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly
proclaiming---WOW! ---What A Ride!"
