Snoohojjaa is going to end up being a temporary thing on your server. Each server rotates all resource types over a random period of time. It might be an hour it might be a month.
All resources per planet are created equal. What that means is if one creature drops Carnivore Meat of type Shoohojjaa than all creatures that drop Carnivore meat will drop it as well. Check out SWGCreatures as Cryos suggests and just look for EVERYTHING that drops carnivore meat.
You can also ask for help in your server trade forum if you need it.
