Thread: Best way to grind Ranger XP

If you want advice, what I did was to join every hunting party I could during double XP week, same thing would work now, the XP will just come in a little slower.
... I did respec trapping though.....

Kill stuff.
Kill lots of stuff.
Kill stuff while you're waiting on a shuttle.
Kill stuff walking to and from missions.
Kill stuff when tending to your harvester.
Kill stuff waiting for your buddies to get online and go hunting.
Kill stuff when you're sleeping.
Kill stuff when you're awake.
Just KILL STUFF...
...oh yeah, and make sure you harvest every last corpse.
Got to decide if you are after scout XP from harvesting or weapon XP from killing. Once you focus on the scout XP things change, if it moves and can't kill you, it's scout XP waiting for you to take.
If your combat skills are pretty low still, group up with a few other low level players, get in a circle in a newb zone and flatten the place. HARVEST!
If you've got a bud whose a little higher CL than you and grinding weap xp, tag along and harvest.
Get into hunt groups whenever and however you can. Harvest, harvest, harvest. Every time the group drops a corpse, get onto it and harvest.

Get 600k ore and 200k gemstone, spend 30 mins grinding architect, then respec to ranger.

No, no, no... what you wanna do is get 100k of Tatooine Fiberplast and 100k of Lokian Wheat and grind BE... then respec to Ranger. BE you use the scout prereqs.
Doesn't matter now, but this way was pretty handy a couple weeks ago too, since BE is for some reason considered a combat prof. (Just kiddin ya Washell, you're way is a good idea,..., great minds think alike)
