I just noticed that rangers got shafted with this CU. come on, rangers are our bread and butter on hunts and they supply our main resources. What is a ranger without a rifle? When I left this game a year ago I heard them saying rangers would get the next revamp...well what happened to that? Im not a ranger but dag nabbit I think we, the community, need to take a stand on this issue. Forget about jedi and BH for a second and fix this much needed profession. I dont see why it would be that hard to add a rifle line that would go with ranger. Hell, they did it with the other professions and they are a hell of alot easier and less time consuming than ranger is.

we have been patiently waiting and debating some great ideas for the revamp. hopefully the devs will listen to our corr and the community and give us something worth the novice mastery.

Right now, i am finally exactly what i have always wanted to be. a master ranger, master bounty hunter, and a squad leader.

in a perfect world, this would be the ideal hunter template.

nevertheless, i have a lot of fun with it (even if i do get whooped in pvp)

in the meantime, i will play, have fun... group with friends to track and kill jedi, fly in space and try to post ideas about the mythic ranger revamp.

I like what the rangers stood for and their role in the books and such in EU. When I think of Ranger in terms of Star Wars....I look at them as part hunter, part tracker, and part soilder. Rangers lead the way after all.

Its funny he made those statements. He must know nothing of the Antarian (sp?) Rangers. Forget their exact name, its been awhile, lol. I would like to see the ranger profession modelled after them personally.
