Ranger Archive

Ok so according to the skills chart we were susposed to be able to start making camp that were capable of repelling creature attacks around lvl 2 or so if I'm not mistaken. Now that I have got to ranger and started making these monsterous field kits, that while they look impressive, so far have yet to serve any real meaning. AND to top it all off, I have creatures of every size and shape coming into the camp. So where it the creature repellant? Blue, white, yellow, red it doesen't matter, they all come through. Is the repellent some type of spray we have to make from wookie urine and scaly hide mixed with a class d stimpack? Or is it, much like everything seems to be for our sorely underpowered rangers, something that just hasn't shown up in the game yet as working?

You have missed the point... It dosent STOP them from coming in. It stops Aggro from attacking you while you are IN the camp.

The little red dots on your radar attack on sight, but if you are in the camp they dont attack you.

Unfortunately that's not true either, unless you have mask scent up, in which case it's mask scent protecting you, not the camp. I have been attacked countless times from vicious creatures while sitting in my chair minding my own business.
