Thread: Bugged tracking?

I've been a ranger pre-cu and for a few weeks since I came back after CU, and today when I went after some babies... I realized that the tracking did NOTHING but lead me to a lair with *gasp* no baby even though it clearly said "baby" under the tracking menu, any ideas?

may be a dumb question, but did you actually look at each creature's name?
publish 21 supposedly changed babies CL# to match the number of the adults, so you cannot just go by the Con color of their icon, or the CL number.
and if that doesn't help, than maybe they are wearing Ranger Camo Force Cloaked

When I had some CH skills I went out to look for a forest slice hound (because I think they look cool 
). It took me a couple of days but I eventually found 2 forest slice hounds and a baby on areatrack. So I quickly run over to the place and discovered that the baby had despawned 
. However, in its place there was another fully grown forest slice hound. I'm not sure why it happened but it sounds very similar to the problem you had.

This is not a new situation. I have been a ranger since before SWG went live over 2 years ago. It has always been a possibilty that the baby will "grow up" before you get there. They grow up much faster in the SWG world then a pet baby does. So you have to realize time is of the essence if you want to get there, because there isn't any way for you to know how long that "baby" has been in the gaming world.
