I just heard this in a cantina. Our camps anyone can set up. Is this true? I have been in and out for awhile, I don't believe it. Please tell me I'm right.

There was talk the other day that someone with the +5 camping from the FS tree could place a Basic Camp. Also, some of the Player Event Perks have the same tent (the canopy, not the whole camp) as the FB. Perhaps there was some confusion?
