Tat is rebel on Tempest, so Mos Entha was not a friendly place to be as an Imp combatant. I needed to use a shuttle though, and wouldn't you know it, there was a rebel guard standing right next to the ticket machine. I figured, wth, I'll try my tat camo. I applied it, walked right up to and next to the red dot reb, bought my ticket, and shuttled over to bestine. He never even flinched.

cue stream of nay-sayers pointing out that ranger camo doesnt work on NPC's, especially faction ones, despite repeated instances of it having done just that...

Yesterday I camoed my way thru several bunches of opposite faction NPC's, most CL-silly levels, while training up some pets.

New HOWTO: Gather Milk, Fish, Mollusk, etc.

Its great isnt it....I'm currently a reb, i love running missions out of the Imp outpost. newbs have no idea how i can be there as a combatant.

if i am not way of here, i think that is a game feature, not the camo. Im pretty sure that i read that Cl-silly wont even bother to aggro you if you are way above them in level.

for most NPCs and creatures this is true, but Factional ones (imp and reb) do not apply to this. if you are combatant or spec forces, and someone of the opposite faction sees you, they'll attack.

i get harrased by CL25 and lower Rebels all the time, even though i'm CL80 and can whipe the floor with them.
