The only thing that it does is make it cost less HAM to use burstrun. Pretty lame, huh?

I wouldn't say it's lame. At Master Ranger I lost 85 total points for burst running. At Master Scout I lose 153. Believe me, you can hold out before burst running a lot longer as a ranger and cut it much closer, because if you don't have enough points to burst run, you're not going anywhere. I think it's a pretty good thing and does make a difference. After dropping wayfaring it took me some time to get used to it. I don't know how many times I saw "You cannot burstrun while incapacitated."

I would bet that it has a lot to do with the stat migration cause I never see a thing for HAM cost.

I have all my other stats maxed out so I take less damage and regen faster.

Sure, it might be good if you have yout HAM as high as you can get it and the other stats are low because of it but that's not me.

I was running a long distance with a friend. We both hit burst run at the same time. We both slowed down at the same time and got the "you are no longer tired" message at the same time.

The issue is, I am a Bothan Ranger with Wayfaring II (burst run eff 60) and he is a human Carbineer with only Exploration IV (burst run eff 40).

What the heck does burst run do!!!
