I hope to reach Novice Ranger soon, and I was wondering what the Novice Ranger camp kit actually calls for as far as the schematic goes. I know that the camp kit schematics (at least for Scouts) have been changed recently, and it doesn't look like crafting sites are updating the schematics. Are there any sites that cater specifically to Scouts/Rangers for trap/camp crafting? If not, what does the Novice Ranger camp kit schematic call for?

High Quality Camp kit is 30 hide, 15 bone, 5 metal.

What's the experience cap for this camp and how long does it take to reach when you're alone in the camp?

Alone, doing nothing but sitting there, looking stoopid, no visitors, no crafting, no healing... max time for the camp is about 20 mins... give or take a few minutes either way. Max XP is in the 1100 range. Healing and crafting drive the xp up quicker... I would duel a medic friend and we would heal one another.

The FB has a max in the 1200 range, takes about the same time.

Weird. It was taking me 40 minutes to hit the max on a FB with me surveying the whole time (and therefore healing the whole time). The max I was getting was 1120.
