On camo, and I reckon this might be unpopular but...
Removal from radar.
Why?
Yes, YES I know Riflemen and Jedi get that with Cover and Cloak, but ultimately Jedi and Riflemen are participating in PVP stuff which is suited to their character.
Now whilst applying Camo to others to get cloaking effects would be rather neat, I don't quite see why Camo would have this effect, with Riflemen it's because they hide under a big rock or something and don't move, Jedi bend the force around them to block others from seeing.
I reckon no radar removal, but as suggested prehaps something craftable with Droid Engineers to add a radar difussion (so you can only see someone on radar within the standard 256m radius.
