"I can live withmask and camo dropping when you get smacked and roughed up, but this is rediculas." <sic>
I totally agree...
When I read that they would be "fixing" /maskscent and /conceal so they did break on initiation of combat...
Man... Words do not describe my annoyance. ![]()

I totally agree stop nerfing creature handler and juts make Rangers the creature killing gods we should be. Cammando was boosted up (Fixed) and now ATST's are vulnberable, give Rangers this power over creatures.
That's gonna be tough considering Ranger isn't a combat class like Commando or Creature Handler. If you have it grant additional abilities to a combat class, someone (be it rifle, melee, or anyone else) will be left out and unhappy. If you make it a combat profession, things will get hairy with yet-another-class to be unbalanced against the others. I do agree that we lack the PvE godness we are supposed to have and would be interesting to see what happens.
Between Master ranger and a combat class we spend more points. Here is the break down.
Bounty Hunter - 33 pts after master
Comando - 81 pts after master
Ranger + any Combat class(ranged or melee) - 18 pts after both mastered.
So don't make us a combat profession. Give us generic defences, damage increases, special attacks(might be rough on the programming), to hit modifiers(currently only applies to ranged attacks). Most imprtantly they work with all combat professions. Make the modifiers very low in the low end of the tree to make it necessary to get that "moment of clairity" that should come at the time of mastering for full effect. Ex. If the total was to be 50 go up the ladder like +2, +3, +5, +10, and then +30 at master. This type of progression would reduce abuse by casual rangers and give real benefit to those who are spending time to master.
