Artisans haven't said much (as expected). Smugglers had to be convinced that it wasn't an attempt to get in on their revamp but otherwise thought it was a good idea. Quite a few posts but some off topic in there (partially my fault but I ended up moving it to another thread ).

I just poked at the BE's again. They did the "Good luck with that" post so I impressed upon them that they need to be "active" in the proposal as well.

Hey, here's a different thought (now that I'm totally late to the conversation)... Why not just switch it so Rangers are immune to the 40% group penalty? Since Rangers rely on other classes for fast takedowns, why are they still getting penalized for bringing the fast takedown classes along?
