Thread: In a strange twist of fate...

Sorry to see you go again, Calc!
Hopefully it's for r/l personal issues, and not the hassles/attitudes of the ranger forums or any future game related reasons.
(Let me rephrase that.. I don't mean to say I hope you're having r/l issues.)
Do you need a bigger shovel to dig that hole you're getting into...?

Nah, it's already dug enough..
I will endeavor to be an even shorter lived Correspondent than JB or Calc.
After I copy and past the entire Coorespondent's forum to a private site for all to read.
.......does this beat JB's record of being the shortest time as corr?
And resist the pull of THOSE garments Calc while on the island.
Now you can admit that you just wanted to beat JB as the shortest sitting corr.

If you swim in your camos you will drown.
I suspect the leexard swims "in the scales" anyway.

You know it!
sorry to see you go. As others have said, you have nothing to apologize for, a voluteer job that provides more stress than the rewards merit is certainly hard. I also hope that there isn't generic bad news that is causing this. I really think that you've done everything in your power to do what you see fit for Ranger and for "the little guy" and I respect that. Nobody can acuse you of not trying, and that's the most important thing. As long as you did what you could, you've been a successful corr for the profession. Nobody except the development team and Lucas Arts can determine what WILL get changed, but we can try our best.
I hope though, that you'll still be around for a long time to come on the boards, 'cause I'd hate to see ya go completely. I'd miss the nuzz...conversations.

You..... MUPPET!
I'm speechless, but when has that ever made me shut my gob.
You were a good corr first time round, you were a good corr the second time.
Take care and stuff.
Concerned.

That reminds me...I was supposed to stay a corr since I am the Devs 'yes man!' I guess I forgot my place.
Calc,
That's not what I said. I never said you had to stay because you were the Devs "yes man". I did say that during the times you are the Corr you are the Devs "yes man". I'll send you a PM after I finish the project I am currently working on. Nice to have you on this side of the camp though where you can be "unchained" which is where I think you can do the most good given my stand on the Volunteer Corr position.

Sorry to see you go Calc!
Thank you for the time and effort you have devoted to the Ranger community once again.
What's going on??? *confused*, now that came out of the blue!
Didn't notice any bad feeling in the forum at all - maybe it wasn't this one.
Well, either way, thanks for the short reign. Not sure if I should be worried by what's happening recently, corrs leaving left, right, centre and even round the twist. ![]()
Just as an aside, I would have to respect anyone who takes on a corr position, you're setting yourself up to be the single point that gets it in the neck from all sides. (not that there aren't a couple maybe who've gone for the glory
)
