Those hydrogen engines are the way to go Audi/VW made one last year as a prototype for a new technology. Has great performance (compared to all other alternative fuel sources) and produces oxygen and water as waste

The US was one of the original signers of the Geneva Convention (governs the treatment of prisoners of war and other wartime activities). I think you mean the Kyoto accords. Please let's not get started down that road though.

There was one in my hometown. Seemed to be permanently parked at a service station. They looked cool, but even the 88 mph they needed for time travel was a stretch.
