My husband once bought Spam. I let him but then threw it out the next morning before he woke up. Sometimes its easier not to argue.
And lets just say I drive to Framingham whenever I want to eat out...

Hey! What's wrong with Worcester?!?!
There's... um.... the... um.... well, if you go to the.... um..... what about... oh, that got torn down.... wait, there's... ummm....
Right. Framingham it is. Or Hartford. Or Providence. Or Newport. Or Boston. Tony's Pizza in Sutton used to have some nice salads, pretty cheap...

We used to go to the chinese food restaraunt down the street. Recently we were there and had the following conversation:
(Paks sees something out of the corner of her eye, looks quickly but nothing is there)
Mr. Paks: You didn't see that.
Paks: Huh?
Mr. Paks: Just... nevermind. You didn't see that.
Paks: Now Im scared. What was it?
Mr. Paks: Nothing... nothing really.
Paks: It was brown and half the size of my foot... it wasnt a coakroach was it???
Mr. Paks: Don't worry about it. Just order.
Paks: WAS IT A COCKROACH???
I've been liking Pizza recently.

There are a few decent places in The Woo (nickname for Worcester). Vinny T's is great for low budget, stomach busting meals (10 bucks gets you like 8 pounds of pasta and 5 pounds of chicken parm). God, we row by Vinny T's EVERY DAY during crew season and it sucks when you're dong two-a-day's (two hard practices on the same day) and you know you can't eat there. 111 Chophouse has AMAZING steaks and good salads. and though it's run down, the Mrs. Wo' diner is still one of my favorite "morning after crew party" hangouts. It's a bit of a hike from The Hill (Mt. Saint James, where the College of the Holy Cross in located) ,but it's worth it for the breakfast specials.
I did my best to put in footnotes for those who don't know Worcester-ese
