The Scout Corr has been working evil hours again so his response was delayed.
Great research. Anyone who wants to be rich and infamous needs to read and heed. Thanks for the hard work.

You and the Community are Most Welcome. If there is one thing I am good at it's Research. (but its not nearly the only thing I'm good at)

with all the testing I've been doing and the fact that CU is going Live with so many bugs, I'm going to have to say with things as they are I'm going to raise prices on everything I sell. (except grinding resources)
I love being with a Group of Rangers to Hunt but there is no way I'm going to contact random people to group with for my main Hunting Trips, and with the increased difficulty of getting resources I'm going to raise my prices by about 50%.

Just to give you an idea of the quantities of the hide that will be necessary for armor, I'm adding some of the calculations below:
All non-wookiee armor uses 11 Armor Cores for a full set of armor, wookiee armor uses 8 cores, plus the additional battle padding.
Basic Armor Cores use 30 hide per core (30*11)= 330 hide per full suit of armor
Standard Armor Cores use 35 hide per core (35*11) = 385 hide per full suit of armor
Advanced Armor Cores use 45 hide per core (45*11) = 495 hide per full suit of armor
Assault, Battle, and Reconnaissance ArmorSegments all use 5 hide per segment:
Basic Armor Cores use 1 segment per core(1*5*11) = 55 hide per full suit of armor
Standard Armor Cores use 2 segments per core (2*5*11) = 110 hide per full suit of armor
Advanced Armor Cores use 3 segments per core(3*5*11) = 165 hideper full suit of armor
Assault Armor: (used by Bounty Hunters, Commandos, and Squad Leaders)
Composite:275 Wooly Hide
Ithorian Sentinel: 275 Leathery Hide
Kashyyykian Hunting:225 Scaley Hide
Chitin: 275 Bone
Battle Armor: (used by Carbineers, Creature Handlers, Combat Medica, Fencers, Doctors, Swordsmen, Pikemen, and Rangers)
Maurauder: 275 Bristley Hide
Kash. Black Mountain: 225 Wooly Hide
Padded: 275 Scaley Hide
Bone:275 Bone
Reconnasaince Armor: (Used by Bio-Engineers, Pistoleers, Riflemen, and Smugglers)
Tantel: 275 Avian Bone
Ithorian Guardian: 275 Bone
Kashyyykian Ceremonial:225 Leathery Hide
Ubese: 275 Leathery Hide
Marabi: 275 Hide
It apears that the majority of existing combat professions fall into the "Battle Armor" category, so the Nabooian Bristley will be in high demand for the Advanced Battle Cores. (let the Ikopi slaughter begin!)
To sum up the total hide/boneneeded for the different parts of the crafting process to make 1 full set of armor:
Units for Segments Units for Cores Appearance*Total
Basic Armor 55 330 275 660
Standard Armor 110385275 770
Advanced Armor165 495275 935
* Kashyyykian Armor will be slightly less on the armor components due to the requirement of armor padding
Armorsmiths are going to be looking for HUGE stacks of these resources to be able to do factory runs. It's reasonable to assume that many mass-producing armorsmiths will want to make runs of 1000 advanced cores (using 3 separate runs of 1000 segments), which would equate to 15,000 units for the segments and 45,000 units for the cores. Hmmm.. how many Ikopi's does it take to gather 45,000 Naboo Bristley (yikes).
I hope I did the calculations correctly, they're based on what I saw on the Test Center and on other reliable posts. Just for fun... here's a full breakdown of what ONE fully loaded suit of Armor could take (be kind to your armorsmiths, as not all of them have filled their prozac prescription yet)
1 Full Set of"Advanced" Armor =
9 individual pieces (275 hide/bone, 255 organic/inorganic, 11 Advanced Armor Cores,9 Synthetic Cloth/Fiberplast panels, 9 Reinforced Fiberplast Panels, 7 optional Bio-Mechanical Cartridges, 7 optional Feathered Appearance Enhancers, 7 optional Armor Appearance Enhancers) =
11 Advanced Armor Cores (495 Specific Hide, 495 Specific Fiberplast, 495 Ore/Polymer, 440 Specific Aluminum/Iron/Steel, 440, Specific Copper/Aluminum, 385 Amorphous/Crystalline Gemstone,33 Armor Segments, 11 optional Armor Core Enhancers) =
33 Armor Segments (330 Steel, 165 Iron/Aluminum/Copper, 495 Fiberplast/Polymer, 165 Wooly/Scaley/Leathery Hide,132 optional Armor Layers,33 optional Armor Segment Enhancers)
132 (optional) Armor Layers - (3300 Specific Steel/Copper, 1848 Polymer, 1848 Gravitronic Fiberplast, 2112 Specific Ore, 1584 Perovskitic Aluminum) =
For a total of 12,344 inorganic resources, 935 organic resources, 65 optional enhancements, and 18 tailor-made components.
Whew.... well... 8 hours and 52 minutes 'til we go down for the CU... gotta go get ready.

Nicely done. I'll refine the above when I have time and post a more general Idea of how much will go into each full suit.

Hoi,
For BE several schematics changed. Also the needed stats changed.
Also you its said Herb will be paid best - that i guess also.
I am curious how much people are willing to pay for Deuterium Toss Enhancer because you need about 4.5x as much herb meat for one then for a Stim D ...
Best
(hopefully soon with a stocked medical supply vendor)

With recent research on group Harvesting I have to think some prices are actually going to shift to a signifigantly lower level.
Of course it will all depend on who is willing to hunt for it. There is unlikely to be any uber priced stuff thru the current system now. (About 40 - 50 is gonna be the highest price)

Im a Bio-engineer and I will tell you what i use the most of.....
Herbivor Meat
Avian Meat
Insect Meat
Bone
Reptillian Meat
Domesticated Meat
I would never pay anything over 50cpus for these resources only because the demand is not as big as they used to be. Mostly I use the Avian, Herbivor and Insect the most.

I know Wild Meat is used in alot of Bio-Engineer Stuff. Most stuff will in reality sell for 25 - 30 cpu.
