As for conceal. I use it all the time on my BE wife. Shes a 4/0/4/0 scout wearing +25 camo/mask scent clothing. It works well on Dath and Endor. But Dantooine and Yavin it seems to break. I don't use it on myself i save them for her. And i have seen where my master ranger mask scent, again with the +25 clothing, breaks far more often then her conceal does. And considering how much sampling we do on Dathomir it has made Master Ranger worth it.
