A few weeks in you hit this weird stage where you suddenly realise that you've not seen anyone (partner and workmates excluded) whose age isn't being counted in months. Trust me, you'll wake up at 4am thinking "I've got to call [insert random friend name here] and talk about football or SWG or politics or ANYTHING that isn't primary coloured and made of soft chewable fabrics... Then again I get like that most nights. Never give me your phone number...Mind you, babies are great fun for Halloween. Dress the little tinker up as an ewok, much cuteness. Gets a little older and starts toddling, go Yoda.
