Lol, take a video. This I want to see.
Just make it look like it wasn't you doing it.Have some of your friends do something silly. Record it. Then have some sort of bang go off in the right area. Turn the camera and start the commentary

Oh, and the first rule is: you know nothing about the crime someone else commited
.

i don't want my friends busted either. Sure, it's fun in our town, where the local jail is located right downtown, and has barred windows where you can talk to people and make fun of your drunken friends who got taken in...but the whole "having a record" thing kinda takes away from that. No video cameras for us.
See, the trick is to make it look unconnected--you have a bunch of drunken friends doing stupid stuff when you notice something bigger going on. But up to you. Let us know how it turns out at least.

oh, i fully intend to pull the old rocket launcher equipment outta the attic and set this thing off remotely. I have a remote-control launch mechanism set up on it from the old firework days. We quickly learned that loud explosions at 2am tend to draw the attention of the cops. We'd set the thing off from a safe spot pretty far from where we were. After the locals stopped gawking and went inside to call the cops, we'd grab the equipment and skee-dadle. As for this particular display of pyro-technical prowness...there's an abandoned quarry a mile and a half from my house. Should be a good place to go pound a few brews and blow this fan to heck. From a safe perch at the top of the quarry, that is. I'm not a fan of shrapnel in the eye.
Lol, take a video. This I want to see.
