At least keep an AoE. Flushing2 is better for the stun but you have to have Flurry2 to get any speed close to competitive. It's a hard choice, and I might go Carbineer over Rifleman if you have to dable in it 'cause Rifleman really is sub-par as a novice. The way they dumbed-down the pets made it take longer to hunt, unless you go all BE pets all the time. I guess that too (CH) has become like Rifleman, sub-par unless you master, now that I think about it. But at least you can still use parts of CH like I do to have a guard to save my butt from becomming lunch. A master Rifleman really is another class, even compared to 4-4-4-4 Rifleman.

I'm not giving up MCH. If anything, I'll have to drop Medic and Rifleman, although I'd hate to give up the Conceal Tree. I don't even have Ranged Support in my Marksman Tree.

Dunno man, hard choice there.
Thanks for tip, Fred.
I was actually just thinking about Carbines. Right now, I'm dropping Rifle Skills as I level Up in Ranger.
Once I reach that impass, I'll eventually drop Rifles, altogether.
I realize the difference between Novice and Master, especially in the Rifleman tree. I've just grown weary of running mission after mission after mission for cash.
I long to do some exploring and I guess focus more on hunting with my Guildmates as support and harvesting.
It will be a difficult path, but I need more excitement. This will also give me a little more of an edge in Rare Baby Hunting.
I've also been reading rumors in here of some changes or additions to the Ranger Profession in future publishes, so I'd like to be around to benefit from those.
