As a Master Ranger/Master Creature Handler, I get volumes of email and tells from players looking for certain types of creatures and resources. Likewise, I was always running out of inventory, so this is what I did to overcome.

1. You can hold up to 5 droids in your datapad. I purchased 5 mouse droids, all with +10 storage compartments. Now, I have an extra 50 storage via the droids. Additionally, I named them things like:

petstims - stores factory crates of 50 petstims, each crate contains 32 uses and each use heals close to 800 HAM. This droid has8 factory crates of pet stims and 2 factory crates of vitality shots

powerups - stores factory crates of powerups -- about 5 min/max/dam crates and about 5 speed adjusted crates

tackle - holds 2 fishing poles that are 97 quality (makes a huge difference fishing), about 2 or 3 of each insect and worm bait (5) per unit and maybe 1 chum, since we can get that after we filet. Also, I keep fish stored in stacks for BE and for Chefs who need that resource more and more according to emails I receive. I also save some of the larger fish I catch in this droid to give to a guild member to sell on his vendor for house decorations.

quests - was using this droid to store the 6 items necessary to complete act 2 and the decoder - going to do that quest this week and rename the droid for some other sort of storage.

friends - I use this droid to hold resources/items I buy for my friends in the game.

I guess the real concept behind this method is to buy/get what you can in crates, so you can carry more resources with less inventory slots.

2. I purchased 2 houses - a medium house for fun/decoration/friends/crafting stations/etc. that is open to the public and a small house (private--it's ugly inside) that is used for only storage. In the storage facility, I have purchased one backpack that has been named for each planet in the game. I have them lining a wall in my home and each contains resources specific to the named planet.

i.e. The Dathomir Backpack contains

hides, bone, meat, camo kits, etc. that are specific to Dathomir. I keep enough resources in each pack to ensure my camo kits are easy to craft and to ensure I have some for harder times (hope they don't hit). I use all the excess resources to sell for profit to vendors/other crafters/guild donations towards future player built city buildings/etc.

3. Based on a thread I read on this board, I purchased a medium equipment factory so I could start mass producing traps and hopefully camps. I have been told, you can get crates of 25 of the same trap via a factory. This will certainly help inventory as well as provide for less downtime crafting in the field.

I'm sure some of you are like me and have never crafted beyond using the basic generic crafting tool. I had no clue how factories worked, but through the help of a Master Doctor friend of mine (a daily crafter), I think I have it figured out now. You need a schematic for your factory to produce the type and quantity of item you want. I could not, for the life of me, find a "Create Schematic" option during crafting. However, once I stood next to the generic crafting/droid crafting station in my Master Ranger camp, it appeared. This may be common knowledge to many, but it was new to me. If you want a schematic option, take your tool and stand near an associated crafting station to get the schematic option during crafting.

Likewise, your factory will need credits for maintenance and power to supply the factory, so pickup some power and have some credits before you drop the factory.

4. Most of you already have backpacks that add +50 to your storage. I thought this feature was bugged at first because my overall inventory did not exceed the base 60 until I finally equipped the backpack-Doh! So if you have a backpack, remember to equip it for the added storage and if you don't have one--buy one!

All of the options above will increase your inventory from 60 (game default) to 110 with an equipped backpack and then to 160 with 5 droids all having the +10 storage maximum.
