I have been to Kashyyk twice, once after launch and once about a month after that.
Ranger cammo has been borked since the beginning there.
I love that comment. "walled maze they call a planet" I refuse to go to that planet again it is not a planet, like the other swg planets, it is a pale immitation of the real planets.
Kashyyk is a knockoff of an Guildwars. Wander down the pathways, do the quests.....don't stray off the trail, well..you can't stray off the trail...it's a damm walled maze called a world.
The place is an insult to Rangers. I suspect Obi wan and his lava to be the same damm cookiecutter.

Gee, and I thought the forums were supposed to be *helpful* in answering questions... my mistake!

The Kashyyyk camo kit quest was added a few weeks after RotW was released. So it was relatively easy for those of us who had already been playing, and already opened the Ryatt/Etyyy/etc areas. But for people who came later there was no clue how much needed to be done first.
My condolences, especially considering that the Kashyyyk camo has never worked, nor even acknowledged by the Devs. Since Ranger is due for a revamp at some indefinite date I doubt we can expect to see it fixed.

Here's a screenshot of the Chiss pack.
It holds 50 items and has lamps on the back. Possibly it looks really neat on a player, I haven't seen it myself.
EDIT: "really near" didn't make sense, changed to "really neat"

Um... it looks cool? Sorry, guess I was a little too obscure there.

No problems, mate. Just curious, since I'll probably not grab one for quite a while on any of my characters.
