Nope. BE tissues and SEAs are parts of the same +25 cap.

I thought there was not a hard cap on stats except for like defensive attributes?

There is a cap of +25 to how much can be gained from clothing/armor for any stat.

right, but those mods cap at +25. Considering with armor I can wear a shirt, gloves and a bandoleer....

oh well, I'm sure whoever bought it thought they were ripping YOU off, so everybody wins.

This is horrible! I return to find my new title on the forum is "Jedi". What's up with that? If they wanted to confer that I'm rare and learned, they'd make my title RANGER. and then make it camo colored.

Pida, Master Ranger, Master Creature Handler

I think you got a pretty good deal. I have 2 camo AAs in my bracers, 1 +12 a guildie looted from Nyax and another +10 i found on a vendor for 150k. I love em..with those, 2 rings and my clothes I have like a +140-50ish camo mod and my BE loves me to camo her. She says she gets agroed way less then she used to with my camo on her and I can even take her out Mutant sampling and get her more samples in an hour then she used to get in 3 hours, so apparently they work pretty good.
