Thread: What do you Rangers Fly?

I fly my sweet M22 Krayt "Smurfinator IV", decked out in resplendent Blue and White.


Thanks to the server restarts, crashes and disconnects over the last couple of days I lost a lvl 10 re'd shield and a lvl 8 Re'd blaster that I was attempting to transfer between characters... so now I have to use a looted lvl 10 gun and a crappy lvl 7 shield to make do with. What was gonna be a monstrous tanking gunboat killer is now just a heavy fighter with a cool paintjob... /sigh


Ticketed it but you know how these things go. Guess i better get out there and start looting away again.

I fly the ACTIS interceptor called"Red Flag". Its quick, versitle,powerful, and above all gets the job done. If im notdoing space combatI fly myYacht "Have Blue". One daywhen im all grown up I'll have a YT-1300for my non-combat or group combat operations.

My primary ship has always been a kihraxz type 4 named the "Falcon's Claw". It's an extremely fast ship, which is important in situations where you have to make a quick escape. I'm not a master yet (I chose the buggy RSF missions ) but I'm hoping to get a YT-1300 sometime

A heavy Z-95 (Psiko Headgames)for speed and manuverability (I used the small one all the way untill the heavy came out [it was Head Games])


A long probe (The Digger) for mining


And a heavy X (X-pensive) for when i need firepower

I fly my Bellabub "More Cowbell"... because when you're in a tight spot, you could always use a little moe cowbell. Plus, I've got a fever! And the only prescription, is More Cowbell!

Anyway, I'd suggest the Bellabub or the Jedi Starfighter. They're zippy little ships that pretty good mass. You mentioned the firespray, and, TBH, I like coming up a against a firespray b/c they've got such a darn big arse to shoot at - you can't miss!

My Ranger---Hvy Xwing, and JSF


My Alt Krayt, Rihxryyk, YT1300


Lately I've grown fed up with knuckleheads in JSF wanting to get in easy kills on my Krayt. So I just evade and EP3 them now.


As Jesse the Body Ventura said many moons ago. "I ain't got time to bleed."


My Krayt is sporting a Cap that hits 2700+ with CO4, Spd 1513 with EO4,(1800 with booster) RE'ed Level 8 2555 shields.

My Y-wing for space missions and my Sorosub when hunting. I use it to hold the resources and supplies I need when I go to different planets. This way I don't have to hike all the way back to my home planet and town for supplies.

I'd quote what he said in the Helicopter on the way to the jungle, but i'd probably get forum-banned for it. But it was his response ot the other guys not wanting any of this chewin' tobacco.
