Haven't you heard? The latest place to hang out in your camps is on the mainroad from Dathomir Science Outpost to 'the village'
I was recently there (just capping Ranger trapping for fun)
and the traffic was insane!

I grouped up over the weekend with some fighter types from my guild. You know, TKMs, Commandoes, Master Riflemen, that sort. These were all very experienced players, very level-headed. We were going to hunt Krayts. There were about six of us.
So, the leader said "Follow me" and we all did, zipping across the sands to the Krayt graveyard. When we finally arrived, no Krayts.
Well, you can imagine their behavior at this point: running and riding to and fro searching for krayts. Still nothing. I sit, amused, on top of a ridgeline.
Finally, I had had enough. In group chat, I simply said, "Everyone freeze." They did and started chattering about where're the krayts? Maybe we should go to Dathomir, etc.
An F4 (area track) later, I simply said, "Canyon Krayt, SE." We rushed in and took it down.
Another F4, "Canyon Krayt, SW." We converged and killed it. This went on for a while with much success, except for the Dark Jedi...Grr...
One of them said in group chat, "Is he some kind of ranger or something?"
Yes. Yes, I am.

That's funny. When we did the kryat hunt as a guild a few days ago there were three Rangers on the hunt, myself at 2122, another younger one at 1112 and my guild leader at 1411. He had the highest areatrack abilities so he lead the way. We were all on /follow and everytime he stopped, he had to wait for the two of us to finish our AT's as well.
What was funnier was seeing a long line of six swoops hitting the rubberband bug

I just wanted to say that this forum is the coolest out of all of the forums. I decided on Ranger just from reading the posts here.
It's something about the attitude i'm picking up.
I now have novice Ranger and looking forward to Master.

Great!
The attitude stems from the complete assurance that most Rangers are self-reliant and capable, as it should be. You've read the reasoning behind it, I won't repeat it. Good luck in your own journey through the lifestyle.

Rangers are the ones that were glowie the daypart 2 of the Jedi revamprolled out. I heard that the Warren was packed for weeks afterward with people trying to get the two content badges out of it.
