Why do you have your droid grouped? Have they changed therisk of your droid getting attacked if grouped with you?

And where have you gotten that 115 droid?

I have found they are useful if you are soloing only.

I take that back there is one other instance that harvest droids are very useful. When hunting in areas were there are swarms of reds and I am still fighting, I can send the faithful little guy and harvest while trying to stay alive and not have the harvest creature disappear before I get done.

Add all that up and the droid is a good deal.

Yes, I can personally harvest more but in the long run, I still harvest just as much as anyone else simply because I am not spending all that extra time running down to the mob's corpse.

My R3 droid has the following

(1) Combat Module

(1) Storage module

(2) Trap launchers

(1) Harvesting module

I stay in my hidey hole, droid shoots p-darts at the mob via my trapping macro, then attacks I shoot the mob till dead, then droid harvests, and all without me moving more than my trigger finger.

I got my droid from Rasal on Naritus. He's near the SC mall. Only set me back 75k too.

I'm grouped with my droid so I can get a little xp bonus. I didn't find a group to hunt with last night

He usually doesn't get attacked, although he did last night for the first time Damn dragonettes

I use my R3 mainly as a Puller, trapper and tanker, sacrificial lamb. He's got a harvesting module but I only use it if I can't harvest in time... though that hasn't come about anymore since I really need to kill one at a time anymore.

He's getting quite banged up as I have to let him go on his own for a bit to build up some hate before I shoot.
