I don't think its unreasonable that a trap made from a small amount of resources doesn't effect a highly resistive Krayt Dragon.

If a trap was I'd prefer it to be more of a "find special components" type trap.

Perhaps adjust some of the master traps to be more resource specific, and more creature specific.
