hehe - maybe true - I'm guessing solo missions though. My take on the high prices that avian meat demands is that a lot of players have figured out (at least on my server) that solo missions are must less trouble than harvesting anything at all (and investing the points in scout to do so), so hardly anyone is willing to harvest things anymore. Also, there's nothing spawning on blodfin that's worth that much right now, and if there were I would be selling a lot more than 300k worth.Finally (and this is perhaps my most compelling case), have you ever know anyone who was willing to harvest for other players ever beg for credits? It's one of the reasons I like rangers so much

funniest story i have to tell is once a noob came up to me andsaidcan i borrow 5k i need it for my new weapon i was in arush and so ok here take it....about 2seconds later i change my clothes from normal clothes to a full suit of compo i walk round the corner and the same son of a gunn asks me for 5k agian im like **edit**! did i get duped or what.

OMG, don't get me started with the beggers and "I am new to the guild, give me free stuff, then run away" people. We had this one guy that I recruited, yes, I was the stupid one thta time. anyways, we recruit him, bring him into the guild, he needs a house and has lto of stuff, so we give him a large house, then he decides he needs to make money and asks to BORROW a harvester or two from a guildmate. I gave him a swoop a few thousand credits, a few more tens of thousands in weapons to help him along his grind. We are a nice guild, small, tight knit, we do alot of stuff together. Two days later the guy runs off to another guild, saying he didn't feel right with us. Well, I immediatally called the guild master of his new guild and told him all about him. Needless to sya he got booted and has not found a new guild, and as far a sI knwo he quit playing. From then on we no longer give new guild mates anythign till they have been in the guild for a while, and even then we don't goive them much. We also do a background check on people who are leaving other guild to join ours, and grill em with a few questions. We found it easier to weed out the bad eggs this way, and we have gotten a few real cool new guil dmates because of it.

a TC noob was asking on the TCPA channel for creds to pay for something (TKA novice I think) and I was feeling somewhat generous, so I sent a /tip over.
this was after I found a doc on TC to buff him. and pointed him to a couple shops.
I thought I had helped him out.
then he met one of my alts... and this started:

it doesn't even BEGIN until page 2 of the thread. he pulled the original screenshot when it was shown that he had faked it, but someone else got a copy of it and kept it around.
I guess no good deed goes unpunished.

My guild keeps having problems letting younger noobs into out fold. Most of my guild is in their late 20s to late 30s and we are a mature bunch that jokes around quite a bit. We all have stories and names for each other.
We havehad a few younger members join lately and things go badly for them when they misunderstand us and our jokes, or start into some of the namecalling without realizing that we have that bond through months of play together. It can get a little hairy sometimes.
Not having everyone be familiar with a new guildie is a pain in the ass too. We don't get a chance to know what they are like. This ends up in problems with other people through immature actions of our new members. I hate that.
I guess what I'm getting at is some people act like asses because they have the internet to hide behind, and such people should be left to themselves so they can quit the game out of boredom.
