Mission details to get the schematic are mentioned above. (Wayfar, I think, not Anchorhead)

Schematic needs:

40 units of aluminium
25 units of copper
5 units crystaline gemstone

Use high conductivity materials for best results (tbh, I've made it with junk and it works just as well)

** Just checked. I have no artisan skills at the moment but am still able to make this. It only requires a generic crafting tool and is a 15 for complexity.
