Congrats!
I'm right there with ya. Finished the grind Sunday night and am now ready to see if Master Ranger/MBH has any advantages. I know the area track has been a nice help for finding bounty targets already

Well so far Ranger/TKA is not bad, I do really feel the lack of healing. Bliel and Stims can only do so much, and sometimes they are not up to the task when fighting tough mobs. I think I will get a better feel for it as I play with it more, I think its gonna be a fairly subtle thing. I may have to learn when its time to kite long enough to heal again.
I was fighting the Baneback Spiders for the trophy last night with a couple of lowbie guildies and it was only their healing that made it possible to be honest. I loaded up with suitable foods and spice but still needed the occasional heal. I expect to improve on this though.
I highly doubt I can take on anything much over +2 or maybe +4 or so though in CL.
On the plus side I am having a gas, so I don't really care. I group a lot of the time and its not really a factor then.
I am just working on making an Organic Combiner right now, only need 4 parts, then I get to see how useful (or not) it is, and that and trophy hunting to decorate my house has been the focus of my attention, so I haven't spent much time on refining my combat abilities.
