Actually slight correction there, with all the changes in the CU animals don't have set CLs any more. I've just started the cyberarm quest on my (Scout but non-Ranger) alt, she's a only a level 55 and could do it with no problem in fact I could pull level 53 & 55 Cannibal Dewback missions from a player city's mission terminal which were nothing more more than an averagely tough fight. I'd assume that most people (over a certain level) could find Cannibal Dewbacks close to their own level.
