I've taken to not grinding professions hard. As a Rifleman/Ranger on Valcyn I'm trying to gain two types of experience, the game system kind that lets me level and the kind that I, as a person, actually gain. Learning where stuff spawn, how they react, etc..... This also helps me not burn out on SWG.

the thing is - you ARE a master ranger, therefore you are harvesting more than a master scout, so gaining xp more quickly .... also, you have a better hit and trap bonus on creatures, so can solo harder creatures than a master scout perhaps ...

maybe add a couple of hours onto that ?

ya, that +10 to hit and damage really helped me get master rifleman in one month less time... for a grand total of 5 months... yes, that was sarcasm, in case you were wondering...

It was Crazed Durnis warping in on me and hitting me for over400 a secondthat I truely whined about. Thank the Maker that is over now...

Ranger is not a profession. It's a lifestyle.

Dude, I mastered Scout before I had mastered anything else. Then I mastered Ranger as a Carbineer 1/1/1/1 or something. I'd gone TKM, I would've mastered it a LOT faster, but YOU try doing it with weenie combat skills

Oh--and I never whined. I miss having skill points to play with, but I love being a Ranger. No plans to change it here.
