You beat me to the post Thames.

It's totally obvious that the Scout designer was either drunk or sleep deprived since the ranger tree is just a couple of non working tents and a couple of non working traps. The best part (/conceal) was removed.

Hopefully we have some good things in store for us that will make us the elite profession that we deserve to be.

it's pretty obvious they don't play the Ranger class. shouldn't the Ranger and Scout designer be the same or shouldn't they at least talk to each other? Wouldn't they know if they actually talk that Ranger is an advanced Scout and a waste of Skill Points?

Since we have been getting some response/feedback, I don't plan on leaving. If I livednear San Diego, I probably would have applied for the assistant community manager position. At any rate, The designer in charge of rangers seems to understand the community view and from the notes he sent me, has some good things in mind. I'm more concerned with getting that information to the community than I am the actual content. I know the community will embrace it.

Come on guys, try to avoid these pejorative statements against the developer(s). I know that some of you are probably highschool drop-outs and never took a class in sociology or learned manners, but I know you can understand that comments like that are not helping anything.

Mineras definitely made some good points, I think, and I think he is definitely the best correspondent I have seen on the forums. I would like to see him stay, and I would like to see our issues addressed.

However, I think the Dev bashing needs to be cut back on. Holo has directly let us know 3 times that we have his attention. He can't do everything for us overnight. Let's try to keep things a little more on the constructive criticism side, and a little less on the whining.

Keep up the good work Mineras

The very fact that Holo took the time to post in this thread (Thank you Holo) tells me they are at-least not covering their ears and just gave me the incentive to get back in-game and try to get that last 19,000 Wilderness Survival I need for Master Ranger... now, what skills to forget so I can train in those last 3 boxes... um.. this is going to hurt.

I read the entire 7 pages of that thread .. I'm happy that we have the Devs attention at this point .

This board is known for it's classy players and it's top notch correspondent so let's keep it that way and Holo thanks for the input , even if some of it was not exactly " music to our ears " .

I'm sure you know at this point that we have some very valid and critcal concerns with the Ranger class ... we also have some SOLID GOLD ideas to improve it . We need to know that your receptive to our ideas and concerns on your end . The posts in the last few days have helped , lets all keep up the good work .

Good hunting all

Jon
