The most wooly I ran into is mantigrue or actually mantigrue screechers on Endor. Nasty beasts, but master ranger with out using vaghash can pull about 200-240 units per.

)Bones: My fav's.. Rancor 
Observe: The species mentioned above are critters easy to locate.. so it's more convenient.
