My experience [on endor]:
/maskscent - I see scouting exp appear on the screen everytime a red mob is nearby. In a large group - the mereks allways seem to find me first for some reason... 
/conceal - I see no reports of scouting exp when running by red mobs at all [so far] - which would be disappointing if I didn't already have wayfarying iv.
-ILOG [harvesting 1000 OQ hides on endor until the resource shifts or I've grinded 40k more camping exp].
