Crystals may technically "grow" - I too watch Discovery channel, in my brief forays away from the Cartoon Channel and Jerry Springer.
I flamed this not only here, but on the Core System. Man, this is one dumb dude. I have 62 freaking crystals - I counted. Most I get from running missions. Certain missions have NPCs who used to drop crystals at 1 to 4 missions, more or less. There is a POI that a trained monkey and his droid can clear in 15 minutes and I have gleaned as many as 4 crystals out of the place at one time. (Hint - Talus - cave - they got lost).
Even better, I got 3 adhesives out of there this week.
A Jed-eye paddywan needs maybe 5 crystals to grind to Knight. Not being able (or more likely unwilling to risk his lil Jed-eye butt) to take on Nightsisters means doofus has to buy his "clear" crystals. Wahhhh. I am so sad (not) for him.
That is the crux of the matter. Dumbass doesn't want to have to fight anything that may kill him to get crystals.
Forage - let them eat wedding cake I say.
And he had the temerity to say he was older than I - the nerve - I was prolly jumping outta airplanes when he was jumping outta his bassinette.

Calculus - Never seen me riled up??
Ask for a waypoint in areatrack. Or even better, a nice yellow line with little arrows so you don't get lost. That riles me up.
Really tho, what is the deal with crystals? 63 now, I found another - things are taking over my house. Got an armoire full. Prices on my server are in the toidy they are so easy to find.
And for the record, the dumbass emailed me, said he was older than I was. And called me a dolt. Least he spelled that correctly, maybe mommy helped.
