manually setting yourself AFK is all that is required to keep from logging out from what I can tell. I've set myself afk, hit /sample once and run off for dinner only to come back an hour laterwith the window "do you want to go for this higher concentration" or whatever... before the changes to sample I would just be standing.
Of course, everything in this game is subject to change daily.

"Is there any command for disbanding a camp?"
May I direct your attention to:
PSA - There are NO keyboard commands to disband a camp, nor are there direct ones to use one

I don't have an example, because my friend didn't tell me how to do this until I had already finished up the survival tree, but...
He says that if you throw some "Tumble to standing" and "Tumble to prone" moves in there, that you will eventually work your way out of the camp and it will become abandoned and give you your XP, then you can toss another camp. If you script it right, you can start the moves after about 15min or whatever the max time is for the camps you are using and you can cut your camping time by as much as 60%.
Another option would be to find a spot near a "newbie spawn", like right on the edge of the city limits, and toss in some "attack" commands after the proper time intervals. That will also "abandon" your camp and allow you to toss a new one sooner than allowing it to auto-disband.
