You wouldn't be able to automatically mail everyone currently joined into a chat channel, but you can create a group category in your friends list (RIN or Rangers or some other description)of people who use that channel often, and then email them that way.
I have categories of "resource", "AR" and "Ranger" that I send mass mails to.

Yeah I don't think we will be that kind of Union. The Union willset up a pricing system for Tracking Big Game Hunting maybe try to get a general price to charge on harvest.
There will have to be aleast one member to head the Servers who want to participate in this Union. The Prices of Harvest will be figured by each server union.
Example:Lets sayI am the head of Intrepid server's Ranger Union. I will get with the Rangers in my sever and set up a price by CPU of the current good spawns. I know you saying what if people don't want to pay as much as we want them too right? Well we will lower the price.
For tracking and big game hunting the prices can pretty much stay the same.
Example: I charge 200k-150k a track for NPC's, and for creatures I charge around 200k and if they want me to help kill some I will charge more.
These prices will not be a must, they will only be a general price range to help iliminate being ripped off by some one and lossing money.
I need ideas so lets keep them coming. You see a problem tell me

The Ranger Information Network was started by Fred_skinner on Eclipse, I believe. If RIN exists on a galaxy's server, use the /chatroom join rin command. Only problem might be that some galaxies have created a "ranger" channel or something with a slightly different name. So it's not 100% uniform across all galaxies.If it's not on your galaxy, you can create it (make sure it's public, and unmoderated). Then all you have to do is spread the word to other rangers and crafters -- in-game, or on your galaxy and trade forums.
Right click on your spatial tab, choose "join channel" and then "create" channel from the left hand menu. enter "rin" for the room name and "ranger information network" or anything for the description.
When done, an rin tab will pop up. select it and type in spatial, or pull it off to another part of the screen and use the /rin command to send your text.
Make sure to tell everyone to type /chatroom join rin in their spatial. You only need to join once. You can also use /chatroom who rin to list currently joined members.

Shhhh! We're Imperial-- we're not allowed to join the union. Unions are for agitators and malcontents. And while there's no strike pay per se, in the event of a Palpatine-approved strike, you'll be issued one (1) standard AT-ST to help you, uh, persuade scabs not to cross the picket line. It's a pretty sweet deal, actually.
