same experiences here..

my novice scout friend, and I milked pikets...and he and i were getting similar results to each other.

i think the original poster experienced whats called in statistics as outlying data (or in normal people terms... bad luck)

So, has it been established one way or the other whether Harvesting skill has any effect on milking?

Just to throw more data out.... I was milking a Falumpaset a couple days ago and I received 100 units from it. Less from the second one...


Don't get them spooked or they will never give up the juice....

Harvesting skill has no impact on the amount procured during milking.
