I make most my cash from selling bone/hide/meat so I would be willing to share information. Is this going to be a guild, or a lose association of rangers with a common goal?

Hey, i am in VR (vagabond's rest) and we can put a storefront there (already have a hide shop). Contact me (ide) in game. I also know two other master rangers. (Mirdo and Tal'dras, the latter who does do hides much )

So let me know prices and i will set it. And i think hides should ONLY be set bu OQ. Cause tailors it doesnt matter to them. so lets think of that.

Lets start the list!

Wool, Bristely, Leather, Scaley on each planet. take into account DIFFICULTY to get.

Actually, i find wool on higher planets (endor, dantooine) to be easier then lower ones(Rori, Naboo).

I'm interested. Atm I'm ranger tracking III, almost IV, but as time goes by those sp are gonna migrate around. But as a bounty hunter I'll always have master scout, and I make most of my creds selling hide/meat, especially the avian that was OQ940. Ingame name is on my sig, Just drop a post with the SARAS prices, and that'll be the minimum I sell for.

This sounds wonderful. I don't know how much time and money I spent flying from planet to planet killing stuff at the city edges looking at meat/hide/bone. A way for us to share information and get fair prices for our harvests will be a welcome addition. Sign me up.

I would be interested in doing this. I have been thinking about making a website dedicated to such things. One of the problems with being a resource collector is that unless you do a lot of selling, it's hard to know what to set prices at.

BTW: Dathomirian animal bone is currently 960 Overall right now, and should be for about a week.

I agree with the price increase shown by Owen-Lars, but i think it should be about just OQ. thoughts?

So on Eclipse, Corellia Wooly Durni Hide would have a set price of [insert price here]

the price would be based on OQ and what shock for our armor smiths??

we could put it all in a table on a secure web page and then the only time we would have to update is after a resource shift.....and of course resource shifts of something would drive prices up or down.

and if we date the resource shift we basically can archive everythings as well.

It is almost done. I should be posting a link for it tomorrow.

We're working on it thanks to a Ranger named Wister. We will have a Buyers section with prices and a secure section for Scouts and Rangers in which we can update sources and pricing suggestions. I also want to get Resources-only shops on Coronet, Naboo, and Tatooine that can act as a front for PARAS.

The cool thing is once we are established as a reliable market for the professional resource-users the vendors can be used for Scouts and Rangers to drop off their resources at the market price + the overhead for the shop and vendors. This way we can consolidate mass quantities of the best resources. We can also have vendors stocked with the low-quality stuff for grinding.

So, if you know any businessmen or master merchants out there who are interested in helping PARAS please speak up. Once this gets rolling the PARAS shops should easily be the constant source for selling, and give us scouts and rangers reliable income.
