Ranger Archive

I'd be interested. Been master ranger for a long time now, and not in any PA as I mostly solo.

Only problems are twofold:

* I'm not on during the week very much as real life take up most of my time. I'm usually on during the weekend a good amount though.

* I am a reformed Imperial. I had a couple of friends (that no longer play) who were big time imperial and I helped them run missions and such. As a result, I have about 800 imperial faction and -600 rebel faction. I have since seen the error of my ways and resigned from the faction however, and am currently neutral.

Anyways, sounds like it might be fun. Game name is Akalai.

Hello Rangers, I just did a search and found your thread. It looks like you were talking about an Antarian Rangers group before the Jedi came out and that the focus of it was on Rangers as a classrather than Antarian Rangers as protectors and helpers of Jedi. Well, I'm not of the player-class of Ranger, but I am interested in the Antarian Rangers of the second type. I just wanted to say hello to you all and see if you were also interested in the non-game definition of Antarian Rangers as being protectors of Jedi. Who knows? Maybe with holocrons some of you are no longer playing the Ranger class anyway. Either way, check out this thread for an idea of the discussion we are currently having:

I address you now and show you that thread because I'm sure none of us discussing this right now are interested in stepping on your toes. So have a look and let us know if you're interested in this loose association of Jedi protectors. Since you know what the Antarian Rangers are, it's quite possible that you share the same goal.

I like both ideas about the Antarian Rangers. I originally heard about the Jedi protector part on the Lowca forum and then I came here and read this one. I currently am working on getting Master Scout, so I'm not a Ranger yet, but I have every intention of getting there. I also like the idea of having an article of clothing to distinguish the Antarian Rangers, specifically the ring. I'm not a tailor or whoever makes rings, but can they be specifically customized?

That's pretty much my two cents. I'm eagerly anticipating the day I can wear my Ranger tag.

As it stands, Atklan (in game name), is spearheading this. Oppma is providing some support as am I. We are close to setting up a PA hall and we should be getting this going fairly soon. Just put the three of us in your buddy list Im sure that there are going to be more, and send us tells when you see us online.

So far we are very happy with the response, the rangers on Lowca couldnt be better.

It's really an "unofficial" pa hall, in the form of a house. Many of the Rangers wanting to be involved are already guilded so we are more knitted under the title rather than an official "pa tag".

Atklan and I will placing this pa hall/safe house today or tomorrow. We are really excited to see this moving now. It took the actual Jedi to really get things moving, but whatever works.
